My name is Bradley. I have two cats, yuki and miko (one means snow, the other means beautiful). My hobbies/interests include: singing, music, hookah, fishing, philosophy, meditation, martial arts, history, psychology, karaoke, theatre, japanese culture and language, video games, television, computers, movies, reading, writing and trivia(I like knowing obscure things!). I used to be into anime but not so much now (I still watch it from time to time). I'm usually the kind of guy who keeps to himself, but if you get me talking I open up pretty quickly :)

I'm currently living it up in Japan as an ALT for two junior high schools. Enjoying everything Japan (and where I live Hiroshima) has to offer.

I'm a pretty laid-back kind of guy. I like having intelligent debates about a number of things. I'm a big fan of Buddhism and Eastern philosophy so I tend to see things from a different perspective than a number of people. I still believe in chivalry, honor and respect. I currently work as an ALT in Miyoshi, Japan. If I am to do something with my degree, I would like to be a technical editor. Of course, far-off dreams like singing professionally are in the back of my mind. IT would also be a viable field since anything technological seems to come naturally to me.

"reading" people just by hearing them talk and observing. When they say actions speak louder than words, it's true. I tend to be a quiet individual, but don't take that to mean that nothing is going on in my head. A lot of evaluating is usually going on.

Being a loyal friend/human being. When it comes to studying other cultures and systems of thought, one that has influenced my life greatly is the Japanese code of the warrior, commonly known as Bushido. This system of ethics has taught me many things and I believe has helped me to be a better person and a person who sticks by their word.

BOOKS: anything by Piers Anthony, John Grisham and Terry Goodkind. I'm always looking for something new to read. I especially love reading things about sociology, psychology, religion, history and other things. I've recently begun reading chuck palahniuk and am liking it so far.
