I ran away from a small town in Ohio last year, chasing Nashville. I left home but I never left home. I carry it with me on every mile and remain loyal despite the distance. Ohio is and always will be a part of me and that is why at the beginning of June, I'm moving back to start law school in Columbus in August.
I believe in the power of friendship and family and count both as my greatest blessings.
In my free time, I love to get outdoors. I love the way autumn leaves catch the wind, revealing the stomata of their underbelly as they spin like dervishes to the ground. I feel most at home in the woods but I've got no problem bringing things in doors for a good book or good conversation.
I currently work in education as an 8th grade Social Studies teacher but as I mentioned, I start law school in Columbus this summer.
I seek a conversationalist. Someone with the confidence to tell me when I'm wrong and challenge me when she disagrees. I'm stubborn as hell and I need someone to give it right back to me.Compassion goes a long way. I chose my line of work because I truly care about the well being of others and I would hope that she would too. A sense of humor is always a plus too. I like a woman who is at least a little bit goofy.
I'm not the city type. I love some backroads and definitely appreciate escaping it all from time to time on a weekend road trip. It'd be nice to find someone to join me when I do.
P.S. I look mostly clean cut but I've also got three tattoos and planning on another soon.
Any other questions? Feel free to ask.
