I'm the rare breed of DC resident that was actually born here,
though I grew up mostly in Nokesville, VA. Nokesville's essentially
a small town of cattle and dairy farms, where weekend parties occur
in hay fields. I like to think my combined country and city
upbringing allows me to relate to just about anyone, including
