I like to tell stories, watch stories, make and eat food, and spend time with my friends. I fit the city really well, but truly love being in nature. I am looking to do some serious hiking/camping this summer.

Work is a big part of my life - it's important to me that I feel proud and love what I do. I've gone from wanting to make horror movies to writing commercials for children's toys to running a team that get teens across the country to make social change. So far, it has been a pretty good path and I'm looking forward to see what happens next.

I truly believe most people are inherently good, even if most people don't often act that way. Equality is important to me, and making sure each person has the chance to live the life they want - from access to services, education, and personal expression. General rule: if you're not hurting anybody, you can do whatever the hell you want.

I just moved to Sunnyside, so most of my current time is taken up by work and getting settled in my new area. I'm actually pretty content with where I am right now, however I'm starting to get bored. I'm thinking I'm about to go into another "what should my next move be?" time of life.

In the past I wrote for my job,and I loved that. My job now is more strategy focused. I have the most opportunity to create the change I want than ever before, but I'm missing the making things. So, we'll see how things change in the next months.

Taking a piece of communication and understanding why it works or why it doesn't work. Film, commercials, books, websites. That's what I love to think about.

I also make some mean homemade pasta.

These are fun to talk about, but seem silly to put into a list. I love all these things.

Just saw Upstream Color, and thought it was great. Also, This Is the End. Not so much on that. There are only so many dick jokes a guy can take.

I can do without questions like this.

Stories, communication, social justice, gender construction and how it leads to violence.

Doing the things people usually do in the city. Currently, I like going for a walk in my neighborhood. I also tend to drink whiskey frequently.

I'll talk about most anything, but prefer to do it in person.

You're smart and passionate and do things.

If you want to make the world better, that's a big plus. Even more of a plus if you're a bit of a badass rabble rouser. Truthfully, that's not how I do it, but it is seriously attractive.

And banter about important (and not important) things is a plus.

You often feel a little outside of society.

If you "don't go to Queens" you really should message me. I can teach you how to ride the subway, a vital skill for living in the city.

Finally - you want to be in a relationship, or have some safe and fun fooling around. I'm open to both. (And really, the first should have the second, yes?)
