My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have a successful career as a visual artist, primarily working in photography and sculpture, have been teaching at the New School and producing a line of jewelry for the last 6 years because working alone in my studio for 20 years is too isolating and these new things get me into the world more--
I'm enthusiastic--kind of spontaneous--I get excited by the bits of surrealism that drift into my life on a daily basis--
Seems I have a need for narrative--I see stories and symbolism in unusual spots--I also have a need for walks in nature and organic forms, and they show up in my work a lot--
I am curious about how apparently separate things are connected--
Sensitive when dealing with other people, supportive, fairly self aware--open minded and conscious, affectionate, patient, creative, love to travel and experience new things, I don't need to have or stick to a plan--
I run 3-4 miles 1 or 2x a week, so I'm pretty strong--
I'm not jealous or angry, not into gossip or criticizing others, more into making things than buying things--I promise never to take you shopping :)
I'm not in a hurry, I know that getting to know someone takes a really long time, and it's a process, you can't rush through it--

I am luminous, curious, and peachy.

I was recently in a relationship for 6 months, and even though it was pretty rocky as he was going through a divorce, I really enjoyed the feeling that I was building something with another person, that I had someone in my life with me--
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I make images by painting with medicines, spices and cleaning products on photographic paper--
I stitch apple seeds together and cast them into rings--
I'm working on a perfume that smells like abandoned buildings--
I used to make tiny sculptures and leave them in the coin-return slots of pay phones for people to find--
Wind makes me happy--so does sunlight--
........................

Just to spell out what I'm looking for--
I'm looking for a long term relationship, a partner, someone (monogamous) to share my life with--
Since I have not been able to manifest this, and I've been looking for a long time, I'm also open to casual encounters, but I'm selective, and many of the same criteria apply as for a longer relationship--
Also, I'm not considering anyone who is far away, married, (that includes those of you in the middle of a divorce), under age 30, shorter than me, or who doesn't post a photo--just so you know--
GGG, in case it means something to you--
I might as well address this--
OKC has me pegged (ha !) as very kinky, I think of myself as open minded--

While we're at it, I think need to alter this profile to be more mainstream, I think I come off as odd--the main time when people aim a camera at me is when I'm in costume, so that's most of the photos I have--
I went to a born again christian high school in Atlanta, went to Wesleyan for college, and now live in Bushwick, but I am comfortable in any scenario, more so than most, I suspect--
I’m really good at
