Now, after four years of Boston, I've gotten much better at crossing the street illegally and glaring at people who stand on the left side of the escalator. I still hold doors for people, but I did buy an umbrella, so I feel like I've adjusted pretty well. And I really do love it here.
I recently moved to Allston (from a couple towns over), and am looking to meet some interesting/fun people in the area. If you're wondering about the camel in my pictures, that's when I went to Morocco last year. I figure the camel helps filter out anyone without a sense of humor.
What do I like doing, you ask? I love trying out new things, traveling, and meeting new people. I've been dancing my whole life, and I love going out to salsa clubs. When I have time, I very much enjoy cooking. I'm absolutely not a vegetarian but I do love all of the weird vegetables that people don't usually like: beets, brussels sprouts, squash, etc. I'm also a big reader, watcher of excellent TV shows like The West Wing and Arrested Development, and watcher of terrible TV shows that you will have to know me better before I admit to which ones they are.
Also- I'm a craft beer snob. Feel free to make a case to me why pale ales taste like anything but good beer watered down, but I'm an IPA kind of girl.
