These always are difficult for me to write; they seem too narcissistic, but I suppose it's a necessary evil.

I spend way too much time on blogs, facebook, reading webcomics, and otherwise browsing the webs. I'm still waiting for the day that when I tell someone 'I'm from the Internet!', all they'll say in reply is 'Oh, what part?' I play a lot of video games, read alot of books, and watch a lot of movies. I'm equally into camping, hiking, target shooting, and random road trip adventures! I love a good political or philosophical debate, and sometimes will stoop to 'your mom' jokes if I think it'll strengthen my argument. I've been working at an Apple call center for almost two years, currently as a Quality Analyst. Just in case you haven't noticed, 'Geek' is definitely on my list of titles. I've got a thing for independent, 'weird' women; people who aren't too concerned about the status quo, and live for themselves. I think it's incredibly important, and I find it very sexy. Naturally I love it if you can geek out with me (yes that is a term), but I'm happy to expand my horizons. Recent events have shown me that I value honesty and clarity more than anything. There is still such a thing as brutal unnecessary honesty, but I think it's really important to say what you need or want, when it's right. Waiting because it's awkward or socially unusual is always counterproductive, and I think that level of openness with other people makes a world of difference in how we interact with each other. It can be weird and uncomfortable at first, but it's amazing in the long run.

I'm honestly not sure yet. There are many directions I want to go, and I'm not sure where to start. I'm most passionate about starting my business, but that's only one of the things I'm attached to, as far as life goals go. Right now I'm just working, trying to get by until I'm ready to go back to school, both financially and mentally.. I'm really into video game design, lord knows I've played enough of them to know a thing or two. That said, I'll probably focus on business, as I AM trying to start one, and that's simply the most practical thing to do. In the meantime, I'm going to keep payin' my bills and enjoying life.

Putting my foot in my mouth, being way too honest, regretting the decisions I don't make, looking wistfully back on those that I do, making my cat happy (he loves the human food), staying up late, guessing the time, sensing how others are feeling, drinking too much, talking philosophy over a hookah for hours, giggling uncontrollably when I'm tired, and reading books cover-to-cover in a single sitting.

Apparently I remind people of Seth Rogan (is that good?),though I have been compared to Hagrid, as well as a teddy bear.

The Dresden Files are some of my favorite books. Catch-22, 1984, The Hobbit, and Please Don't Kill the Freshman definitely rank, as well. I'm pretty random when it comes to movies, everything from the Matrix to What Dreams May Come. I'm a huge sucker for zombie movies, psycho thrillers and chick flicks. Serious ones.
Musically, I love most everything. Evanescence, VNV Nation, Imogene Heap, The Dresden Dolls, Deathcab, John Mayer, OK Go, etc, etc. You get it.
I also think barbecue chicken pizza is pretty much one of the ultimate foods. Especially paired with a good porter.

My Music (couldn't make it a week without it), Water, Sleep (I simply enjoy it far too much), Twilight (the time of day, not the book!), Companionship, Natural spaces.

Starting my business. My friends in other parts of the world. Missed connections. The future.

Out partying with friends, shooting pool at a bar, reading a good book somewhere, prowling downtown for whatever, or at home watching movies or playing games until the wee hours of the night.

You don't tell men 'You're a nice guy, but..', if you'd like shift in your paradigm. If you want tech support and possibly fawning. If you want to go sing karaoke songs to a crowd of redneck truckers.
