I'm 27, work full-time, live in the city, and am going to school part-time to get my MBA. I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, and I'm pretty laid back. I'm easy to entertain and am usually up for trying new things. Outside of work and school, I'm usually out for dinner/a movie/a drink with friends, reading, spending time outside, exploring new parts of the city, volunteering, or just relaxing....and sometimes I make time for eating and sleeping. Well, I mean I always make time to eat...

What I’m doing with my life

I guess I jumped ahead there....I work full-time downtown as a client service associate at an investment firm, and am going to school part-time for my MBA. Otherwise, I just try to take it one day at a time and not take myself too seriously...

I’m really good at

laughing, sleeping, eating cookies...this is a dumb question.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm ridiculously tall. Seriously. I'm like a mutant.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Mmm, food.....pad thai, Ben & Jerry's, cookies, Sour Patch Kids, pizza, cheeseburgers, pasta, tacos, Fathead's sandwiches...yum.

Books: Mostly fiction, but I've read some good nonfiction too. Favorite book ever: The Great Gatsby. I also like Hemingway, Chabon, good mysteries...I'll read just about anything!

Music: I like mostly alternative, classic rock, not-too-twangy country, rap/r&b, and I admit I will listen to some pop music when I'm in a really good mood.

The six things I could never do without

- chapstick
- Grape-Nuts cereal
- a good book
- someone to laugh with
- pandora.com...I'm picturing myself stuck on an island - now with an ever-changing selection of music!
- my family, of which I consider my very close friends to be a part of

I spend a lot of time thinking about

hmm...why I didn't do my homework before class, where I will be in 5 years, when will I be able and ready to buy a house, why am I taller than everyone I'm walking past, I wish I could get away from my desk and go outside, when texting suddenly got to be the hot mode of communication - it's incredibly impersonal sometimes...I think a lot about a lot of things!

On a typical Friday night I am

Usually with friends, at a movie, a bar, a restaurant, or just hanging out. Sometimes I'm a little burned out at the end of the week, and I prefer to stay in and read or *gasp* do homework, or watch a movie and relax.
