If you are curious as to why there are two Armoredbears, it is because I'm also Armoredbear 53. I suffered a computer crash over two years ago. I have vainly attempted to contact the people here to get them to e-mail my password to me. Since they haven't contacted me, and I can't figure out how to contact them, I've decided to continue here and get back to finding new friends and possibly the person that I could spend the rest of my life with.

I am fat, fairly happy, and hopeful

As a 20+ year member of the SCA(Society for Creative Anachronism) a medieval re-creation organization, I enjoy attending events and WARS whenever possible. I craft and (sometimes) wear armor for these activities and have an extensive network of friends and self-adopted family throughout the Knowne World.
I have a 94 H-D Softail Custom and a 93 Softail Harley with a sidecar. I'm now able to transport both of my younger kids (11 and 9) by motorcycle. My elder son also has obtained a 2010 Sportster and we have joined HOG (Harley Owners Group) a factory-sponsored organization for Harley-Davidson enthusiasts!

Story-telling!! Relating anecdotes, others experiences, biographical bits etc. Spending time regaling my younger friends with tales of what it was like when America only had 48 states(dates me-don't care) and all we had were wood-burning cats instead of these new fangled digital thangs. Building armor for SCA heavy combat.

My striking resemblance to either Santa Claus or a Hells Angel. If you're under 12 the former is usual. The latter view is more prevelant when I'm on my Harley or you're over 12 and paranoid.

Going out to eat! Unfortunately, this is usually a solo operation unless my roomie tags along. I might also be taking off for a weekend SCA event! YAY!
