I love coffee - especially espresso (alliteration?) - with hazelnut
- yes, hazelnut lattes are the best! I feel so yuppie when I order
my daily coffee drink - one nonfat hazelnut latte please...yes, I
know - its sad, but I like it a certain way. I can go on and on
about my grand plans for experimenting with espresso machines and
getting it just right (Vivace anyone?)...but lets get back to the
point ;).
If there's one thing about me that defines me, it would be passion. There are very few things that I will be doing at any given point of time, but its highly likely that I will be obsessing over perfecting them - from developing technology for Kinect at Xbox, to working out at the gym, to learning how a new skill (guitar), I tend to get very passionate about everything that I do.
I am also a very good listener - people generally like to confide in me - I might not be able to advise you on what to do, but if you need someone you can just talk to, that would be me.
Some things that I really like to do during my free time:
a. Reading books - fantasy fiction and science fiction are my favorite genres.
b. Watching movies on Netflix - there was a point in time last year where I would be working on the Netflix application for Xbox (I implemented the 2010 client BTW...ping me if you like it ;D) and would come home and watch TV shows/movies on the same client.
c. Hiking during the summer - I've done many mid-level to hard hikes in the Cascades - Granite Mountain, Mailbox, Mt. Si and more. Have also done the Mt. Rainier base camp hike many times...I do intend to summit it some time!
d. Skiing during the winter: I usually start off on the harder blues and graduate to the blacks over the first week of the season...love skiing!
