Hmmm...
I was in the army until I was 28. After the army I drove truck over the road. It was a dream I'd had since I was a kid, so I did it for a little while, which was pretty cool I thought.
After that went back to school for my B.A. in political science. After school I got a job working with the company that probably built your computer. After I got that job, I got downsized.
My 2 sisters live in the twin cities area and recommended I come here, so here I am.
I have pretty much lived on the east coast on and off since I was 19.
I really like kids and want to play a part in some child's life(I want to be more than an uncle). I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, dogs, bike riding, all that good stuff. I also really like going to plays and classical concerts.
On a side note, I really want to say the following: These questions they have on here to match people up are SO loaded. Example: "Is a girl who's slept with 100 guys a bad person?" I am not going to call anybody a bad person because they slept with 100 people, but I am not going to date them either. I just find it very difficult to answer many of these questions, that's why I have only answered a few.

Working 2 jobs, always looking for something better. One day I'll get my dream job working for a political think tank.

Fixing things and matching wine with food. I've always been told I'm a good cook.

I look young for my age. When one of my sisters introduces me as their older brother, people are surprised. I get carded all the time.

As far as books, I would say mostly nonfiction, but the last two books I read were Marley and Me(which I didn't finish, I have a lab) and Atlas Shrugged.
I like all sorts of movies. Lately I've enjoyed stuff like Saw, Rob Zombie's movies, etc.
I'm not much into top 40, but I like Modest Mouse, Keane, Angels and Airwaves. I also like hip hop. Other favorites would be Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, The Pixies etc.
I really like finding cool indie bands on the web.
I'm kind of a veggie guy but I enjoy cheeseburger or steak every once in a while. I really like Italian and spicy stuff, Indian, Mexican(I'm Mexican and I love to cook it). I also really like fish and sushi.

Music, technology, food, water, oxygen, sleep.

The way the world is headed and the way our country is going. I kind of follow international and national politics. I'm pretty adamant about state's rights, so whatever y'all do in Mn is on you, lol!

I believe cannabis should be decriminalized, legitimized taxed and regulated.
