Your Notes
Edit your notesI am impatient, child-like, and all heart.
My Self-Summary
I'm tall and awkward and borderline socially retarded. I think that sums it up.
What I’m doing with my life
Due to the current economic situation, I am embracing the life of a twenty-something-year-old, making minimum wage whom is either over or under qualified to work in most retail establishments.
To this I say: Any retail employer who expects their staff to have a BA in order to tell a customer where the pens are is a flippin' lunatic.
I miss working in kitchens.
The plan is to attend a post secondary establishment in a year or so to update my graphic design certificates.

I’m really good at
I make a mean bacon cake. Yeah, you read that right.
The first things people usually notice about me
I used to think it was my height. Recently I've been told that I come across as an abrasive, crazy lady.
Also, I don't really care what the first thing people notice about me is... What does it matter?
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Movies: Disney's, The Little Mermaid, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (Gene Wilder please), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Snatch, How to Get Ahead in Advertising, A Love Song for Bobby Long, Penelope, The Indiana Jones TRILOGY.
Music: I honestly find the majority of music intolerable to listen to. I've come to appreciate certain types lately like The Stray Cats and Hank Williams. People who say they hate country music are morons.
Foods: Balsamic Truffles, Lemon Curd, Coffee with lots of milk, Lady Grey Tea, Risotto from the Stone Road Grille, Avocados, Goat Cheese, Sour Dough, Pickled Cherries, Spinach, Churros from Cava, Sour Cream Sorbet, Borscht, Perogies, cabbage rolls.
The six things I could never do without
2. Conversations that make you stay awake all night, even though you have to work in the morning.
3. Rainy days spent under blankets with a book.
4. Affectueusement.
5. Late night summer walks that have no destination.
6. Singing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I become extraordinarily annoyed when someone interrupts a piece of music that I find beautiful. I'm usually startled when the same music doesn't evoke the same reaction from others.
The act of offending someone.
How is it that people can be offended by the wold "fuck", but fail to remember simple courtesies like the words, "please and thank you"?
Why the frig everyone needs a cell phone.
I'm floored every time I'm on the subway between Castle Frank and Broadview at the amount of people who pull out their phones to text others.
Hippies and how much they suck.
On a typical Friday night I am
Getting a lecture on "POV" and "day for night" camera techniques.
At a Rockabilly show.
Trying to find a conversation.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
It annoys the piss out of me when people see this as trivial. OCD isn't logical, it's not something you can reason with. I will loathe you if you think it's acceptable to pass off how much something bothers me as something that I'll just, "get over."
If you can't be arsed to care about how someone is going to react to your choices, than there is no room for you in my world.
You should message me if
You actually remember how to use the English language. Ie you laugh instead of saying "lol".
You like comic books, are involved in the culinary arts and wouldn't mind me bombarding you with questions so I can live vicariously through you.
You want a friend.
