My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

Strengths-finder: Intellection, Input, Responsibility, Relator, Ideation

I'm looking for something serious. I'm looking for a partner, a team-mate, a co-pilot. I'm looking for someone smart, responsible, kind, driven, and someone with whom I share a mutual attraction.

My friends tell me that I am kind, considerate, intelligent, responsible, and funny. My best friend likes to say that I "make my own fun", meaning that I can pretty much enjoy anything if I put my mind to it, no matter how craptastical it might actually be. I also have ridiculously high standards for myself, and if I'm not doing something to improve myself I get very antsy. I love to travel, but don't do it nearly as much as I would like.

I have an awesome, albeit small circle of friends that I try and make time for. We do nerdy stuff. Lots of tabletop. Some dice and cards. I'm a pretty big dork. I don't nerd out to the exclusion of other activities, though. With the right crowd I will have just as much fun at a baseball game or a kegger as I will in front of an old Nintendo.

In relationships, I am patient, respectful, kind and affectionate. I'm funny and love to make my partner laugh! I even make up my own jokes, and I swear they're at least marginally better than a five-year-old's.

Please do not bother with me if you are just bored and looking for someone to text for a week.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work in the Central Laboratories for DTE energy, and I'm working on my education. I also record a weekly podcast in which my friends and I review movies that are on Netflix. We think we're pretty funny.
If you want to listen:
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Communicating. Also drawing, writing, editing, and generally being a good time. I used to be the kid who was good at video games, now I can barely play Mario 3.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I look like Clark Kent. Seriously, I get this all the time. But really, I'm too skinny to be Superman. He doesn't shapeshift, after all, he just takes off his glasses. Also, I apparently don't look like I do in any of my pictures. It's a curse.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
PJs, warm blankets, paper, the internet, a jacket, and my Super Friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What's next for me. As all the pieces start falling into place, I'm constantly assessing my next move, and where I go from here.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hangin' round, downtown by myself and I've had so much time... Naw just kiddin'. Usually out with friends or enjoying a night in with games or movies. Big fan of the "wine and Netflix" date, even if I'm just dating myself.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
