I run, and I really like races-- I dig the energy. I ran my first marathon a year ago and have run a few halfs since. Since we're quickly approaching winter, I've transitioned to the treadmill at my gym (wompwomp). Not ideal, but it'll do.
I try and make it to a couple yoga classes each week. I always underestimated what a good workout it is until I started doing it regularly. Now, I'm hooked.
I would always prefer to be doing something than nothing. And I like when that "something" is outside (unless, of course, it's 20 degrees and stepping outside makes my eyeballs insta-freeze). What I've come to really like about Boston is all of its green space. The arboretum, JP pond, the emerald necklace, the esplanade, the commons-- it never gets old for me.
