My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a school counselor woring in Cleveland, living in Hudson. I'm an intelligent, laid back guy who enjoys spending time with my friends and family, looking for someone special.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm doing school based therapy with kids on the Cleveland Public school system. It's been a great job for the past year and I'm hoping to work in the field for a long time. Other than my job, I'm doing...not that much, honestly.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Um, counseling? I was really good at fencing when I was in college, although I haven't been at it for the past few years. Maybe I'll get back to this one.

I'd like to think it's my sense of humor.

Books: I probably don't read as much as I should, but like books focusing on social issues. The last couple I read were Methland and Half the Sky. My brother got me a couple books by Isaac Asimov for my birthday I'm just starting.

Music: pretty much all over the place, but lately Mumford and Sons, Gogol Bordello, and Bruce Springsteen have been playing the most on my way to work.

Film: I do not get to the movies nearly as much as I should. Fight Club was my favorite move ten years ago and it probably still is.

Food: Wings from the Winking Lizard, although I'm trying to eat less when I go these days.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My family, my car, the radio in my car, my clients, my friends, my computer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I'm going with my life, my career, what I can do to help people, both at work and in my personal life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
either out with my friends, or relaxing at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I admire in a partner someone who is intelligent and driven. She sets goals for herself in and is unafraid to pursue those ends in every arena of life. I'm looking for somebody who wants to strive for the best there is in life and wants somebody right next to her for any journey - not out in front leading or trailing behind her. I believe in the team approach to all relationships, each of us enjoying the mutual respect, trust, attraction, and affection it requires to keep such a commitment strong.
