Finding joy in the small things. Everyday. A smile, a moonlit sky, a hello, a dog's face, my 8-year old daughter's hug, A memory floating by. A bike ride. A good sweat.
For work, which i consider play as well, I help to empower people through martial arts and self defense training and I help people to heal through bodywork sessions. Great fun!
