My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am Atticus Finch. Almost literally and certainly metaphorically; I am a single dad to a son and daughter my (i am an adoption lawyer, but they are my biological son and daughter), the loves of my life. Their mom is not around- 4000 miles away from NY. I have been doing this for the past 9 years, 24/7, each and every day as mommy and daddy to two children who are amazingly wonderful, resilient, smart, well-behaved and who, after even only an hour goes by, will come kiss and hug me as if we hadn't seen each other for days. My sister calls me her hero. My best friend kindly says that he certainly cannot comprehend the impossibility of what I do and of how i do it - and do it so well. As proud as i am of being this so-called hero and as much as i adore being a dad, I am ready to admit that I crave, desire and am looking for love. I have done the mindless dating and the empty sex of no expectations has run its course. Think of Sisyphus pushing the boulder up the mountain. Enough is enough! My love for my now bigger babies is boundless, deep and impossible to describe. In many ways it defines me, but my daughter is right; it is time for daddy to get a girlfriend - or at least a good date!. Now is my time-- to find or be found - for the love of the woman who can accept my package of three - and who knows- maybe add more. I am for sure open to that. On a lighter note, I look (and act, in a good way) way way younger than my 48 years and I love to be silly, light and have fun outdoors all the time, playing sports, hanging in the park and doing all the incredible things NYC had to offer. Huge athlete, still play tennis and basketball every week and will do so forever. For more details, pictures and a sense of what i do for a living, check out my website at greenbergadoption.com And yes ladies, there are some men who are actually looking for the real thing. Really and truly.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am an adoption lawyer with my own firm, daddy and coach for all of my kids' sports teams and avid athlete. Trying to read the classics, see movies and now make some more time for myself.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being a daddy, being a good, socially conscious person. Making people laugh. Talking about religion in an intellectual and spiritual way and praying that people don't kill in the name of it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
According to my daughter, my lion-colored eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Children, love, sports, meditation, great food, having fun, being in the moment while being able to dream
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Honestly, other than my kids....... World peace, equality for all, irrespective of race , religion or sexual orientation. Why many people automatically hate those who are different and fear what they don't know. Why on earth people care about the color of someone's skin or what god they pray to.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Depends on who I'm with and what we like
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
