My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a geek but it's hard to say what exactly of. Some would call me a computer systems geek, especially when it comes to IM. Others would say I'm a radio geek, but half would mean ham radio, the other half would mean AM/FM radio, and yet another half would appear, say broadcast radio voice acting then disappear in a puff of logic. More would say it's of certain comics. Even more would say it's of ideas for organizing people to do community service. Whatever the topic, it seems if you give me something and tell me why it's interesting, I'll get excited.

I am sketchy, vector of, and SCIENCE!

Just finished wandering the country, (mostly for work) using it as an excuse to meet interesting people and looking forward to spending more quality time with folks in Boston.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Recently. a grad student at a (dis)reputable engineering school in Cambridge, MA did my thesis on storage systems, then taking classes and teaching. After that, the moon or maybe just Iceland.
In actuality starting the robot invasion in restaurants.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting people excited about something they've never heard of but it's obvious they should want to do more of.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My facial expressions. I've been told I walk around with a question mark over my head, even when I know exactly what's going on. I wonder why

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Finally finding time to hack on that project that's been wanting to burst forth from the back of my mind all week.

Or contra dancing if there's a good one that night or square dancing if I'm really lucky. Or finding people on campus to be social with. Recently hosting bad sci-fi episode viewing at my house.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a frat boy. Okay, so it's a co-ed, non-residential fraternity that exists to do community service, but that must count for something...
(and where I got the "sketchy vector of SCIENCE!" above)

You think something above sounds interesting and you want to learn more.
Better yet, if you think there's something I wish I knew about and you want to show me.

I created this profile while I was in VA for a summer years ago and have only updated it a little bit since. I'm currently dating a few wonderful people but I love meeting and talking to new ones, so feel free to give it a shot. Bonus points if you are cuddle-friendly (even if not intending to with me).
