My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm here in Ann Arbor for med school, with exactly 4 months to go as of today. I may or may not be counting. I study way too much and don't get out to see the city as much as I'd like. I'm always open to suggestions on places to go and things to do!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Want to know what's cool? Autopsies. Know what's better? The paycheck I'll be getting in July. Want to hear how messed up the process of getting a job out of medical school really is? I'm your lady!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
My superpower is parallel parking, probably because I spent several years driving in Chicago. I'm also good at random things that are only occasionally useful in real life: bug identification, IKEA furniture assembly, finding other people's lost things...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love to read but haven't had a lot of time for it lately. Most of the books I've read this year have been textbooks, but I'm currently rereading Hitchhiker's Guide.

TV shows - Sherlock Holmes, Firefly, Dr Who (from the ninth doctor on, I've only see a few older episodes), Castle, White Collar, HIMYM, Dresden Files, The Last Airbender. I guess I'm kind of a closet scifi fan.

Movies - The Shipping News, The King's Speech, American Beauty, The Dark Knight, Wall-E, Up, How to Train Your Dragon, Mulan, 10 Things I Hate About You

I give up trying to describe my taste in music. I'll listen to anything once.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
NPR, chapstick, coffee, national parks, science! Also, hand sanitizer. Because MRSA is a thing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I am going to do everything that needs to be done today, and wishing I had 6 extra hours of sleep!

Also: does the dryer really eat my socks? Why does it only eat my favorite socks? Does anyone know?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
learning everything, hanging out with friends, or baking the best banana bread, brownies and/or chocolate chip cookies ever. This is not a challenge, you've already lost and just didn't know it until now.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I hate apple pie.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are kind, confident, and not afraid of smart ladies.

Also, if you will write something longer than one sentence. Apparently OKC says I rarely reply, but that's because I delete all the messages that say "hey," "u r cute," don't mention anything about me, etc. People, nobody has time for that! And please don't message me if you are not within a reasonable distance.
