Hmmm, staying healthy. I like to maintain my fitness. I compete in endurance sports.
I work in a bar during the week so anything outside is good therapy.
Balance is key. Yoga. Good food. Sun.

At work. But then I go out later... Sometimes i'lI go running after work (yes, at night) or to dinner, maybe the movies.
