I try to say either as if it has no E, and I wish i could get away
with using "by and by" in a sentence. While there is apparently a
time and a place for everything, I seem to have no conception of
this boundary. If I think you're rad, I'll try like hell to make
you laugh, but often it's just tacky. I like to sit on
I really like bananas. Bananas are wonderful, I especially like
that they are both literally AND metaphorically fruity. I like that
you can substitute bananas for silly in conversation. I like that
it's silly when people slip on bananas. I like that referring to a
bunch of bananas is so easy, it's a bunch of bananas!
If you like bananas too, we should be friends so we can pontificate
on the amazingness of bananas together. We need to stick together
you know, otherwise minions of the vast anti-banana conspiracy™
will get their way and the world will descend into chaos with
yellow cars. We've got to stop them before it's too late.
What say you!?
What I’m doing with my life
I fix computers at an elementary school with really smart and funny
kids and I freelance with my own consulting company. My days are
filled mostly with swimming, biking and a nice glass of wine in the
back yard by the pool. I want to meet some new people who enjoy
sunshine, walking, biking, swimming, running, drinking, laughing,
or exploring. Let's plan an adventure!
I’m really good at
The first things people usually notice about me
Shouldn't someone else have to fill this out for me?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Anything by Krzysztof Kieślowski, Emir Kusturica, Alejandro
Amenábar, Hayao Miyazaki, Michel Gondry, Charlie Kaufman, or
Some of my favorite movies are: The Sea Inside, Tuck Everlasting,
My Neighbor Totoro, Elf, Three Colors: White, Children of Men,
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Underground, The Weeping
Meadow, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Lately I've been getting into some heavy reading, like The Myth of
Sisyphus by Albert Camus and The Philosophy of Humanism by Corliss
Lamont. I'm currently reading The Age of Spiritual Machines by Ray
Kurzweil and a couple of other things.
I'm pretty much an omnivore, but at home, mostly a vegetarian.
Aside from a general aversion to shellfish, I'll eat pretty much
anything once. I love Sushi and Thai food and am constantly trying
to figure out how to make them myself.
The six things I could never do without
Swimming in lakes
A comfy bed
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Why this planet is soo strange and broken and absurd and
On a typical Friday night I am
Trying to tear myself away from just chilling out in the pool,
building a bonfire and watching campy movies in the backyard on the
projector. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes not. I love summertime.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The location of the best swimming spot in Seattle.
You should message me if
If you like adventures and laughing soo hard your face hurts the
