What do I do in my free time? well movies are nice because they take little effort and are wonderful snuggled up with someone you love. I love a good game of raquetball. I think it would be cool to work out with someone. I've never been able to do that with someone I am with. I like hiking (one of the reasons I work out). I love camping and bonfires in the backyard. I've only been to a few private gatherings like parties but really loved playing cards with adults. Not going out dancing is nearly a deal breaker.

My greatest passion is my family and taking care of them. Getting my 2 youngest out the door and as successful as possible is my biggest goal right now. Music is my next greatest passion; it is with me always and I am always looking for more to inspire me. Eating is another thing I am passionate about as I feel that you are pretty much what you eat. We were given the plants of the field to use as our medicine and believe there is a place and time for allopathic medicine. I love motorcycles and will have my own some day. I love camping but not having to do all the prep for it. And, of course pets. We have dogs that I love.

I am most grateful to be alive today on this beautiful planet still mostly unspoiled and with the technology which has not yet turned on us. I absolutely love the music. It feeds me daily. I love the wisdom and we have access to all of it from throughout the ages and at our fingertips! It also feeds me. I love movies.. and how they can whisk us away to another place and time. I believe they instruct us. We are an amazing species and I am honored to be one and to be here at this time in history as I feel like a major player in what happens to us in the future.

Everyone has a past and I'm living in the present and looking towards the future. I like it when a man treats me like a lady, opening a door whether it's a car or store.. I have traditional values without over doing it. I'm a great cook and look forward to cooking for someone again. In terms of the bedroom I am more of a traditionalist - a one man woman. I am not into any kind of bondage or swinging, insist on being with men only, am not looking for friends with benefits and insist on being with someone who is not Hispanic or black. I insist on being with someone who is in good physical health. If you are diabetic or on meds for high blood pressure please keep looking. If you are not taking some sort of vitamin supplement for health also keep looking. At our age our health will decline without extra work and I'm not looking for a young man; I am looking for a man my age who is working on staying young, that means working out with weights seriously at a minimum of once a week.

I feel most comfortable with daily contact with someone I am with exclusively on the phone and feel neglected if I don't see that person at least once a week or twice. It is also important to me to able to contact that person as needed. I am finding that compared to some others I am quite busy and so am not able to spend every night with someone or complete weekends. I insist on being able to spend all of the major holidays and play dates with that person I am with exclusively. I am looking for someone I can chop wood and carry water with.

I am a realist with a touch of the hopeless romantic. I value romantic love (passionate, emotional and intense) but a relationship must have a strong dose of companion-ate love (strong friendship, deep affectionate attachment). I am happy and content with my life for the most part. (It is far from perfect). I have a clear vision and a sense of purpose for my life. I have effective relationship skills and am always striving to improve them. My financial, legal, emotional health and family issues are clear.

I am looking for a relationship to complement my life. I am looking for Sacred Love. I have well defined ideas about where my life is headed and am assertive and resourceful in meeting those goals. I am looking for someone who is not looking to be taken care of but rather who is realistic about the hard work it takes to build and maintain a stable and satisfying relationship. I need someone who will not put up emotional barriers when I seek to understand his thoughts and feelings but rather will communicate with me intimately and candidly. I like sex that is romantic, adventurous and fun but is not a casual event. Sex has great importance to me in a relationship and is part of sacred love and is reserved only for one whom I love deeply. Having said that sex is reserved for monogamy. Working on getting my youngest successfully off to I hope college. She's made the honor roll for both semesters in her freshman year of high school.

Learning more about how to maintain my physical health so that I can get rid of body clutter.. Yeah that means I'm over the weight I'd like to be although I've been told I carry my weight very well. So, I'm working out at the gym once every four days.

Working on getting rid of household clutter.

Taking it one day at a time, sometimes one minute at a time.

Being honest, putting my foot in my mouth, stepping in things, cooking... making money stretch, being contented with what I have, dealing with family legal issues, taking care of myself, staying in contact, cooking a great meal!, Chopping wood and carrying water.

I look young for my age and carry my weight well. I am intelligent and witty and love to make you laugh.

I'm recently watched courtesy of Netflix the series Dirty Sexy Money. I believe that movies in particular and tv shows like dirty sexy money instruct us in many ways.. Sometimes reminding us why we are here.

On one of the episodes, Brian, the priest of the family makes a speech at his sisters wedding. He says that marriage is about three C's. They were consolation and confirmation and joy. stupid I know as it was only 2c's. But I thought it was cool enough to include here. Consolation was so that when something bad happens that person is there to share it with and confirmation was when something good was happening. I thought they were awesome!

I love the book series Clan of the Cave Bear. I really feel a connection to Ayla the main character.

This planet; how there is so much that is wrong about it that needs to be fixed and how there is so much that is right about it! I want to be there when the changes start to happen. I want to be down in the trenches.

I'm wanting to go out to watch a band somewhere. I don't do bars really but it can be a lot of fun if there is a band to watch. Or dancing. Even by myself. Dj's read crowds and like watching a movie in a theatre that energy builds in a place and can be mind altering.

Most of the time though I end up staying home and watching a movie. I recently started getting the new times and want to start going to some different places to find perhaps one I can disappear into.

I'm really shy around people; a real wall flower. That in itself is embarrassing. Makes me feel like I don't belong here on the planet. And I love watching bands but I just can't seem to move my feet to get out the door when they are playing near me. It's that alone thing. The confirmation part of being with someone that you are able to share those moments with that change my brain chemistry completely around.
