I like it when I laugh so hard I cry a happy little tears. I'm from all over the place (Illinois, Texas, Germany, Tennessee, California, etc.). In moving from place to place I developed the ability to rapidly make deep connections with new people. I love love love music. I played guitar and bass bands when I was younger and cooler; now, I've been settling for writing songs in my bedroom.

I'm looking for a smart girl who loves to laugh and who will call me out when I'm wrong.

So this summer, I get to live my dream – I'm moving to Seattle in June and get to perform research in developing transformative low cost carbon-free energy sources to mitigate climate change!!!

When I'm not in the office (ie coffeeshop w/ wifi), I crossfit and do indoor rock climbing. I'm also really looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest.

One day the ukulele!

Two years ago I developed a tuft of white hairs in my thick black hair. Sometimes, people think I have a piece of paper or a feather in my hair. One time, someone told me each white hair is a wish ... so I have a lot of wishes – I guess I'm saving them for a rainy day.

Books: Stuff by Kurt Vonnegut, Dave Eggars, Gary Shteyngart, Jonathan Safran Foer. However I never know what to read so, I strongly encourage YOU recommend something for me.

Movies: Wes Anderson movies

Music: Joyce Manor, Bomb the Music Industry, Banner Pilot, Crime in Stereo, ODEZA, LCD Soundsystem, Fang Island, Broken Social Scene, C414, the exploding hearts, Spoon, Black Keys, the Clash, the Go!
