Whimsical, lighthearted and love to laugh. I'm a down to earth New
Englander at heart, and appreciate grounded, salt of the earth
folks more than anything. Some of my more profound life experiences
have been during meditation retreats, so I also enjoy talking about
spirituality and the true meaning of yoga and all that kind of

dancing/Cuban salsa, travel, nature, social justice, somatic
therapy, friendship, more play than work, creativity, healthy eats,
I work as a psychotherapist at a high school, where I also tach
yoga and mindfulness to the staff and teens. I like slowing down in
our chaotic world. My main professional interest is in somatic
therapy with a focus on expressive arts.

amazing. Also, I just saw CitizenFour, the Edward Snowden
documentary, and it was great.

I don't own a TV, but there is Netflix. The Wire and 30 Rock were
really great. Greys Anatomy is my guilty pleasure- please don't

I need to bring some New Yorker back into my life.
Gardening is fun and calming; I wish that I had one again. I like
