My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm whimsical, lighthearted, love to laugh, and I appreciate grounded, salt of the earth folks more than anything. I am a genuine, active, funny and caring woman looking for a down-to-earth, self-reflective and playful man. Traveling has been a big part of my life (mostly Latin America), and while I will always seek out new adventures, I'm ready to be a little more rooted now.

I work as a psychotherapist/social worker with teenagers, and I'm studying somatic, mindfulness-based therapy.

Things I am into:

meditation / Latin dancing (esp. Cuban Salsa) / alternative health and healing / photography / travel / nature / hiking / anything involving water / restorative yoga / reiki / somatic therapy / friendships / health / creativity / playing / free spirits / hugs / kissing
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying the rare lazy morning at home. Traveling. Going to local farmers markets to gather ingredients.

I do therapy with teens and I teach yoga to the staff and students at the high school where I work, and parents at a school in East Oakland.

I recently decided to make 1000 paper cranes, I've finished about 100. Want to help me? I enjoy crafty projects like knitting and sewing and making things.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Finding beauty/humanity/humor in difficult situations
Being silly

Gardening is fun and calming; I would like to move back to a place that has one again.

I generally avoid very crowded bars and clubs, unless it is for dancing. A lounge or cafe is more my style. Or somewhere outside.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
