Wisconsin -> Asia (Tokyo, Beijing) -> S.F. This is my first
time living in San Francisco and my first time living in the States
as an adult (defining that loosely), so I might often act like that
confused foreign-exchange student you felt obligated to take to all
your social functions.
What I’m doing with my life
I work at a Japanese startup that just opened an office Stateside.
It's a bit more extreme than the typical 9-5, but it's been fun to
watch us grow from 6 to 50 employees.
When not earning wages, I'm either hanging out at a Mission bar,
consuming some form of media, or being a tad overly competitive at
some sport or table game.
I’m really good at
Typing while not looking, tea drinking, couch sleeping, breakfast
burrito eating, tough loving, laughing, know-it-alling, singing,
guitaring, japnese-ing, gum chewing, train-ing, card playing,
entire TV series bingeing.
The first things people usually notice about me
My single grey hair lately. My eyes.

The six things I could never do without
I don't know. There have been various times in my life where I
don't even think I had six things. I travel light. (Yes, I'm just
completely copping out on this one..sorry.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Since moving here, it's been whether not buying organic really will
lead to some rare form of cancer or if I'm just avoiding the major
scam I think I am.
On a typical Friday night I am
At a bar, summoning courage I can use for the next Friday.
You should message me if
In the end, I'm looking for people who like to cook good food, find
good dive bars, and talk at length about interesting yet not
entirely important subjects.
