My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been trying to find a way to move out to the PNW for years now. Finally, in July, I just just decided to pull the trigger with no plan and no prospects whatsoever. I found a job that I really enjoy, and am now just looking for a partner in crime (I know, I know... super played out) to experience my new home with.

My interests are kind of all over the place. I'd have to say that I have at least a passing interest in most new things I'm introduced to. I'm loyal, compassionate, adventurous, spontaneous, sarcastic, inquisitive and a total tech nerd. I love engaging conversation, witty banter, live music, movies, art exhibits, travel, photography, theater, being on the water, the outdoors, and random road trips whose destination is based solely on where a dart happened to land on my map that day. On a regular basis, though, I'd have to say nothing beats a good book, a fun movie, or hanging out with a few close friends.

I've come to the point in my life where I know exactly who I am and what I want. That knowledge has made me a little picky when it comes to relationships lately, but I think everyone needs to be picky if they're ever truly going to be happy. There are too many mediocre things in this life, love shouldn't be one of them (stolen quote from who knows where).

Honesty, intelligence, a good sense of humor, confidence, independence and open mindedness are really important qualities I look for in a woman, but in all honesty I'm really just looking for someone I can truly be myself with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working at a tech startup in Pioneer Square to pay the bills, but I'm really hoping my hand modeling career takes off. Fingers crossed!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making conversation, useless trivia, thinking on my feet, adapting to new situations, and giving shit to the people I love the most :)

Books:
Way too many to list. I definitely have a preference for scifi, but am looking to branch out of my little nerd bubble. Any suggestions?

Movies:
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Fight Club, The Big Lebowski, The Matrix trilogy, American Beauty, O Brother Where Art Thou? (You know, at this point let's just say just about every Coen Brothers movie ever made), Black Snake Moan, Cashback, Closer, Any Tarantino movie, V for Vendetta, Her, Clerks, The Fifth Element, The Man from Earth, Safety Not Guaranteed, Blade Runner, and... I should really stop now...

TV:
Dexter, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, True Blood, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory (don't judge me...), Family Guy, South Park, Mad Men, Walking Dead, Arrested Development, House of Cards, Weeds, American Horror Story, The Daily Show, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Music: (I pretty much just listen to Pandora all the time now. Here are some of my favorite stations, though)

Modest Mouse, DeadMau5, The Killers, MGMT, Jimi Hendrix, Keane, The Doves, Eminem, Cake, Muse, The Heavy, Wilderness of Tekoa, Silversun Pickups, Dredg, Lana Del Ray, M83, Chvrches.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
All kinds of crazy stuff. The universe, philosophy, history, why people do the things they do, etc.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Totally depends on how busy the week has been. I might be sippin' drinks with friends or crashed on the couch watching Netflix.
