i'm a gender-variant critter, the
oldest of four kids, i keep myself very busy with work and with
life, i can be very silly and i am also very sincere. i care a lot
about social justice and i have a complicated food restrictions. I
lived in North Carolina for 4 years, and my dear granny "Mamaw" is
from Arkansas. So if yer lucky you might catch a little southern
twang slip out when i tawk. Once, when I told Mamaw what karaoke is (she had never
heard of it), she told me that I'm a rock star. How'd she

What I’m doing with my life
I just left a job I had for 7 years working with an international
solidarity
organization, and was in charge of coordinating grassroots
fundraising programs and national finances. Now I am trying to
figure out what else to do with my life. I am in a small study
group/book club, taking tae kwon do classes, and doing lots of art
projects. I'm doing some freelance work on an online database
project and daydreaming a lot about working at the dc public
library or at a bookstore.
