I have a bucket list. It includes writing a book, making an album and traveling to Australia. I believe that you should at least see one new place a year.
Sense of humor. I've been told dry and quirky. My politics are moderate, but I tend to lean left of center of many things.
I am looking for a person to enjoy life with. Life is just better with someone along for the ride. In general I enjoy going to cultural events or interesting places. I still have yet to make it to the Magic Gardens on South Street.
A really cool person would be someone who thinks renting cheesy movies and some wine (or ice cream) can make for an entertaining evening. But I do like to get out and see the world from time to time. Important things in a companion include a sense of humor, a sense of curiosity, compassion and intelligence and doesn't take themselves too seriously.
What I’m doing with my life
Looking to starting a side business with web development. So I spend a good amount of my spare time doing html, css, jQuery, WordPress, all that nerdy stuff that's exhilarating and frustrating at the same time. I love the challenge though.
I’m really good at
Sarcasm. It really is my superpower.
The first things people usually notice about me

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Yacht Rock, Television Personalities, the Beatles, the Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, Silver Apples, Guided by Voices, Archers of Loaf, Sebadoh, the Kinks, Interpol, Dinosaur Jr., MGMT, Black Sabbath, Standard Fare, Parquet Courts, "Sketches of Spain" is a great Jazz album, reggae, classical music like Debussey and Janacek.
I love movies from great ones to great cheesy ones. Dark Knight, the Third Man, La Dolce Vita, catching obscure foreign films at the International House like Marketa Lazarova, the Hustler, 2001, Scorsese. I also enjoy fun blockbusters. As a Star Wars fan, the Force Awakens did not disappoint.
I'm always reading a book. Right now, The Glitter Dome by Joseph Wambaugh. Also like Winesburg, Ohio, john Le Carre, last temptation of christ, catch 22, Sometimes a Great Notion, history books, any Sherlock Holmes spin-off book.
The six things I could never do without
Forget six. I think you only need three:
Someone to love
Something to do
Something to look forward to
....oh and netflix (make that four things)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
It's 2016 already....enough with the ukulele music
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't have a typical Friday night. I could be at home resting
after a busy week at work. I could be out for happy hour. In the
past few weeks, I went to a haunted house and then to the
Philadelphia Orchestra. During the summer, I go to LBI a lot.
You should message me if
If you are a kind person, smart, quirky, interesting to talk to, who doesn't take themselves too seriously....and you have a sarcastic sense of humor
