My self-summary
I'm polyamorous, demisexual, panromantic, feminine-spirited, upbeat, introspective, curious, intelligent, supportive, and done listing one word labels.

I'm currently in the process of figuring out my gender identity. I've determined that I identify farther onto the feminine side of the spectrum. I'm not really sure of the implications of that, though. I grew up responding to and somewhat identifying with male pronouns. If you want to make me smile, though, you'll use female pronouns when you refer to me.

I've been described a few ways by those close to me, including annoyingly optimistic and as a productivity fascist. Also as a great girl-friend.

My relationship priority is making a romantic connection. I want one aspect of that connection to be spending passive time together. I'd like to be comfortable enough with someone that we can hang out with no particular agenda, but focus on our own projects or activities and share the same space. We'd be close enough to chat, to share, to touch, but we wouldn't need to be actively focused on each other. And it would be satisfying for both of us.

That's only one aspect of the connection I'm looking for, but it's a dynamic I've been missing in my life.

I'm very touch-oriented, and I have a high need for touch and (non-sexual) physical affection.
What I’m doing with my life
I was biding my time as an inter-grad for the past couple of years. I'm applying to the Masters of Education program at University of Oregon and I expect to begin next Summer.

Until then, I spend my time tutoring math and physics. I also consult sporadically, focused on technical and logistical issues for individual projects. I'm passionate about math, science, and technology education.

I have long-term goals that include a Ph.D. in Planetary Sciences, the private space industry, and manned missions to Mars.

I fancy myself a writer and right now I'm a lapsed-poet. Most of my writing lately has been blog posts. Though I do have some narrative projects that are receiving more attention.
I’m really good at
I pride myself in being able to identify with others. I have a strong sense of empathy and I can put myself in another's position to see the world from their point of view.

It seems like others enjoy talking to me. Which is good because a meaningful conversation leaves me feeling satisfied like few other experiences do.

All of my lovers, past and present, have really enjoyed my massages. I'm great at rubbing shoulders, necks, backs, legs, feet. I guess it's not surprising that I excel at something so touch-centric.

I've been running for the past several years and I've developed a lot. I really love pushing myself farther than I think I can go. My pace is pretty respectable now. I will be running my first full marathon in July. My preference is to run barefoot or in FiveFingers.
The first things people usually notice about me
People usually identify me as a ginger. I didn't grow up self-identifying that way. I was always really blonde. As I got older, though, the freckles started to settle and my coloring changed a bit.

People also tend to notice my hair; it's thick with lots of body. Right now I'm wearing it a bit longer and shaggier. It's pretty curly and a bit mane-like.

- chapstick
- a pen and a pad
- music
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I am fascinated by space and space exploration. I eagerly pursue breaking news in the private space industry. Science and technology, in general, are some of my biggest interests. Similarly, I am also extremely interested in new media. I watch more YouTube shows than television shows.

As an aspiring teacher, I'm also focused on education, particularly secondary math and science education. There are a lot of problems with our public education system, and I want to be part of the solution, not just a part of the status quo.

My own projects occupy a lot of my mind. These are many short term projects--an interesting math problem, a blog post, a small research project. I have some larger projects too: I'm learning to build Android apps because I have a couple of ideas I'd like to create and I'm planning and writing for a couple of long-term blog projects.

Politics and social issues also tend to be hovering in my awareness.

I'm always thinking about when I'm going to get my next run in.
On a typical Friday night I am
My relationships are my top priority, so I'm usually nurturing one or more of my social connections. I have just a few really close relationships, but they receive a great deal of my focus and energy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm pretty open and I'm willing to admit to most things about myself.

Music makes me cry. There are certain songs that just hit something inside me, such as: Defying Gravity (from Wicked), I'll Cover You Reprise (from Rent), Your Song (by Elton John). There are actually a bunch more, but those are the songs that do me in without fail.

Oh, I'm a sub looking for a fem-dom.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi guys
  • Ages 23–39
  • Near me
  • For long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
you can't go anywhere in the car without cranking up the music and singing along.

Also, feel free to ask me about anything on my profile or my answer to any of the questions.

Right now, I'm really eager to find a strong romantic connection. At the same time, I realize I'm not exactly sure what I mean by that. So, if you are looking for a relationship with pretty fluid boundaries and the opportunity to explore your needs and desires, get in touch. I'm just eager for a passionate, deep connection.

I'd also really like to meet a dominant woman to help me explore my submissive nature.
