My Self-Summary
I'm don't take the internet seriously and in truth, strongly
dislike network sites such as this and facebook, myspace, et al.,
but I do believe that that are a nice way to meet people and that's
what I am looking to do at this point. I love skiing and most outdoor activities. I
enjoy drinking
and any intellectual pursuits. I
can be considered arrogant and lacking grossly in tolerance for the
unintelligent, but think of myself as kind. Travel is dearly important as are
learning other languages and cultures.
What I’m doing with my life
I've just completed my first book non-fiction and am looking to
make a career out of writing. I'm keen on leaving the US to go back
to Europe, my place of origin, (Austria) or perhaps South America
where I used to live. After completing two years of university by
age 18 I felt travel and the pursuit of what I found important to
be more vital than a degree, but at this moment I have yet to give
up completely on higher education.

Remembering facts and dates, intellectual pursuits, listening to
people, reading, appreciating arts of various mediums, drinking,
and conversation if I'm keen on the person

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Any V.S. Naipaul, Salmon Rushdie, Gunther Grass, Heinrich Böll,
Joseph Conrad for the books. Movies: any Kielowski or Fritz Lang,
and I am completely smitten with Igmar Bergman. In music my
favourites are Mozart, Beethoven, Wagner, Thievery Corporation,
Radiohead, Chopin, Sergio Mendez, some Sinatra, the Gomez family
for fine guitar, and many more.
