My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I was born and raised in Marin County, just north of SF. I left when I was 17 to head to school in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lived there for six years studying, snowboarding, and merry-making.

I have traveled and lived abroad a lot since I left home. It has more or less defined my existence since leaving California. Africa, Europe, South and Central America, Canada, backpacks, bikes, for both work and pleasure.

I'm immensely interested in just about everything. I'm so interested in everything, in fact, that I have no idea what to do with my life just yet. I work for an international travel company which allows me to travel for a living taking people on biking and hiking tours all over the world.

Other than that I love my friends, exploring in any sense of the word, books, music, and activities. I can't sit in the house too much. A day spent kayaking, hiking, surfing, camping, running, biking, bookstore browsing, people watching, ANYTHING, is a good day. Appreciate every day you have I say.

A good friend once described me as "half goofball half intellectual." Probably the most accurate description I've got right now.

Essentially, I have a wonderful job I love that makes me travel a lot of the year. No complaining there. However, whenever I'm back in the city most of my friends are busy with the 9-5 and I'm busy running around this city and surrounding countryside seeing everything that I can. I love meeting people and I thought this would be a great way to do it.
