My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hmmm....well, here are some musings and glimpses.

Near our 25th birthdays, a friend and I decided that "now" was the peak moment of our lives. That belief has stayed with us both and still helps us both consider today our peak.

This responsible optimism leads me to prefer the upward struggle rather than the downward glide. Feelings that stem from within, due to struggle or thought, while connecting, loving, stretching, working, thinking, and learning make me feel most alive.

Reading books, seeing movies and other art, and watching live entertainment, especially those that provoke and absorb, are great ways to make today special. That they can be shared make them even better.

Staying fit helps my mental and physical well-being. Calorie burning may be my primary goal, but the challenges, camararderie, and shower afterwards are good incentives too.

Connecting with others is a constant thought. How to be a better dad, friend, son, or ex-husband is always on my mind. Isn't this what it is all about? For instance, while visiting other places is fun and exciting, isn't whom we are with and the connection between most important? So much so that the place can not matter?
