My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an outspoken and occasionally goofy girl living and working in San Francisco. I'm politically liberal and love a good debate. Music is a big part of my life, and I'm a sucker for quirky foreign films. I work in corporate america, but I also volunteer and take art classes.

I am intellectual, voluptuous, and vivacious
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
This topic has me stumped. Are we getting at a deeper meaning here, or should I list my day-to-day tasks?? Seriously, I'm enjoying my life. I'd really like to find someone with whom I could share it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Mediating conflict. That's my job, actually.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmmm... people probably notice my laugh first. Or my tendency to want to make others laugh. (Or maybe they just notice the big piece of spinach stuck in between my front teeth.)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Oh, man. Where to begin? Yesterday I was listening to old R&B all day, and today I'm busting out the metal. It really depends on my mood. I just started the book Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin which I'm enjoying a lot even though I usually don't go for non-fiction. But it's written like a novel so it's really compelling. I belong to three book clubs, so I guess that makes me a bit of a nerd. I have quite an appetite for literature. Food? You want to ask me about food? There's so much to love! I'm biased towards anything Asian, but love all kinds. Recent meals that hit the spot: Udupi Palace (cheap, amazing Indian vegetarian - even though I'm a meat-eater), Beretta (rock and roll cocktails and yummy appetizers), and a dive bar on Divisadero that serves Ethiopian. Good stuff!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
my friends, my cat, my brother, good books, good food, a generally happy outlook
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Work, actually. I'm trying to change that. I woke up this morning thinking about it, and I'll probably go to sleep thinking about it. It's challenging and rewarding, but also can be pretty all-consuming.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Connecting with friends over dinner or drinks, or maybe out on a date with some naive, unsuspecting fellow... :)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a closeted extrovert. Especially at karaoke bars.
