My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm laid back but not without opinions, can be shy but not for too long. I like inappropriate humour but i'm very caring and loving, I even have a soft spot for london pigeons. I can't lie.

Fan of anything kitsch. I love glitter, other trinkets and worthless tat. I can't pass a charity shop without going in.

My ideal place would be camping by a beach or woodland. I’ve done my fair share of travelling I love new adventures and a healthy dose of adrenaline.

I’m always up for a game of Scrabble, Articulate or Cranium, a trip to a gin joint, a festival, the occasional club or tea & cake.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Currently negotiating the daily grind, obsessively trying to learn the ukulele, dancing to the 5 rhythms. I work in addictions so spend a lot of time pondering our complex relationship with mind altering substances.

When I'm not doing that...trying to figure out when I can have my next career break...last time I went volunteering on organic farms around the uk. It was fun, except for the angry ram.

Also ...cycling from a to b, getting lost in music, life drawing, running, cooking for friends, knitting, taking afternoon naps, listening to 6music, wondering how I can get a dog, getting lost (on purpose) around the city, planning tattoos, trying not to turn on the tv, organising a book group.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making a mess (& tidying it back up again), making canapes, ordering things by colour, growing things, scrabble, getting lost, making collages, camping.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'd love to know.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books – A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole is my new all time favourite. It used to be Nights at the Circus by Angela Carter. Animal Farm by George Orwell is beautiful if disturbing and Irvine Welsh never fails to amuse me. Plus lots more.

Movies – I love Dogville. Hitchcock is a god, as is Todd Solondz. Dogme 95 can be great. And the occasional classic like Bring it On.

Comedy - Alan Partridge, Flight of the Concordes, Russell Brand, Simon Amstell, Human Remains, Brass Eye, The Day Today.

Music – Where do you start…Here’s a snapshot – For dancing & general jumping around (though not exclusively) - Crystal Castles Daft Punk, La Roux, Ella Fitzgerald, DJ Hype, Manu Chao, MGMT, Peter Bjorn & John, Glenn Miller, Louis Jordan, Ting Tings, Hot Chip, I’m from Barcelona, Talking Heads, Kylie is a guilty pleasure. For lounging around (and maybe occasionally jumping) – Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Guillemots, Bright Eyes, Devendra Banhart, Flaming Lips, Nouvelle Vague, Belle & Sebastian, Flight of the Concordes, The Concretes, The Libertines, Lou Reed, Peggy Lee, Dusty Springfield, Joy Division

Food - I love food especially meat free roasts. I'm experimenting with veganism but not too strictly.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, aspirations, my bike, the little blue & red dot on my phone, passport, absinthe.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
When in a meaningful conscious flow - What it's all about, how to spend my time productively, colour & composition, how the body works, how amazing the music I'm listening to is. In reality - sex, what clothes to wear, life admin, what to do with my hair, what do other people think.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
The is no usual. I will often be found practicing on my uke, catching up with friends, watching a movie, a dance class, cooking/eating delicious things with or without some wine or gin.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once went to a halloween party dressed as a zombie only to find no one else had dressed up.
