I am finally pursuing my goal of practicing acupuncture full-time after many years of studying and practicing part-time. I love my work because I can help feel better both physically and emotionally. In my non-professional life, I dabble with performing (water ballet - yes, really!), cooking, music and general socializing with friends.

Typical fare for books includes some fiction (mystery, science fiction, cozy slice of life novels) and non-fiction (books on health, biographies, music, science).

I love movies and try to watch all of the Oscar nominees every year - but my tastes range from high to low.

I think TV is vastly underrated - and it is improving every year. I watch a lot of comedies and dramas and some cheesey reality shows too.

I appreciate many different kinds of music - my Pandora channels range from electronica to classic broadway to 70s British Blues Rock to Nick Drake/Iron and Wine.

Food! I love food, especially good food. Some favorites include Thai, Sushi, crabs & beer and good fresh local foods.
