Since this is NOLA, there's one question that everyone eventually asks: Where'd you go to High School (Shaw - GO EAGLES!) Left the city for awhile and graduated from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, NC (GO CRUSADERS) with my B.S. Kind of strange that I left the state for a B.S. when there's plenty of it here. Just turn on the news.
After college, I bounced around gaining several accolades on the resume, like the time I guarded teeth molds for a convention (Strange but funny story) I finally landed a dream job at at a K-8 school. I take care of all the tech and make sure nothing catches fire. I get tipped in juice boxes, very low high-fives, and the satisfaction of knowing I'm making a difference.
When I'm not saving the world one computer at a time, I'm squeezing this city for all the fun it's worth. With all its problems considered, New Orleans is still a cool city where you can find whatever fun you're looking for. In those instances when you can't find it, rare as it may be, it is easy to start the fun on your own and share with others. There's not a lot of places that give you that much leeway. Trust me. I've looked.
