Dogs (even though I don't have one)
Parenthetical statements
Shiny objects
Contemporary/Modern Art
Lists (gotta love a good list)

Things I do not like:
The pigeons currently in residence outside my bedroom window. Seriously, I am tired of waking up to pigeon sex noises at 5am.

Places I've lived (in chronological order): Seattle then Bellingham then Tacoma, WA, Boston/Cambridge, San Francisco.

Things that I am: Chief of Staff, MIT alumna, farmer's market enthusiast, geek, feminist, GGG, burner, enjoyer of good cocktails and bad movies.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Daytime: working for a sweet clean tech startup in the east bay.

Nighttime: cooking dinner, watching tv, drinking beer/wine/cocktails/hallucinogenic tea/(not really that last one), doing yoga.

Anytime: exploring san francisco esp. the restaurant and bar scene, throwing or going to parties, skiing in tahoe (there's going to be snow there again someday right?), chillin' in dolores park (IT'S REOPENED, kindof!), hiking one of the many beautiful trails in the bay area, attending play parties and munches.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Peeling oranges (and other spherical citrus fruits) such that the peel comes off in one contiguous strip. This is a skill that is not to be underestimated.

Also I am awesome at using the word awesome way too awesomely.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

In an order that is not completely arbitrary:
The Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy; Futurama; Tartine; Transmetropolitan; Paul Simon; Radiohead; The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao; Locanda; Florence + The Machine; Star Treks II, IV, First Contact, TNG, Voyager, 2009; Dengue Fever; Doctor Who; Dream Theater; The Wire; Archer; Supertroopers; Locanda; Freeze Pop; Soundgarden
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My bed
2. Fresh fruit
3. Good friends
4. The internet
5. Sarcasm and/or sincerity
6. Hot tubs

The thing is, I am completely serious about this whole list.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the universe and everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Drinking awesome cocktails at the Hideout at Dalva or some other place that probably just opened, i.e. Bond.
Going to a movie (who loved Mad Max: Fury Road and wants to see it again???).
This is more of a Tuesday night activity, but; eating at one of the hundreds of restaurants on the list of places I MUST go (Lazy Bear, The Progress, Cockscomb, etc. etc.).
Hanging out at The Citadel, The Alchemy, The Armory Club, or similar venues.
Watching Doctor Who or Game of Thrones or Penny Dreadful or Agent Carter or Sleepy Hollow or Orphan Black with my roommates.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm an out and proud kinkster! Not technically private, but this seems like the right place to let that be known. Get to know me better and I'll tell you what I'm into.
