My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm almost done with a bullshit degree and then I'll be free to roam the world once more! I want to know people everywhere.

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Nearly done with a degree. Working all the best days of the week at a call center. Wasting my life on tumblr and Netflix and YouTube.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Self-depreciative humour, making people laugh, forgetting how I've met people, winning pub quizzes and loosing beanies.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
98% of the time if someone is looking at a picture of me they'll comment on my eyes - either how big they are or how blue they are. In person they're more likely to comment on my height or my skinniness.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My all time favourite novel is 1984 by George Orwell. I read it first when I was 14 and since then, six more times. Still hasn't fully sunk in. I love dystopian-types. Anything and everything by Bill Bryson, because he is the only person who is able to make me laugh aloud at the written word. There are some fantastic fanfic writers out there, too.

Sadly, I know Monsters Inc and Finding Nemo by heart. My sappy go-to is Imagine Me and You. Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel is perhaps the best thing I've watched in the past few years. I almost cried at The Amazing Spiderman 2. For, you know, the soundtrack.

I can obsess over most shows with some kind of lesbian in them. I've binged Orange Is The New Black with the best of them, I was on the Orphan Black train from the very beginning of the fandom, I love Modern Family, Big Bang, The Walking Dead and American Horror Story. Currently almost finished watching Parks and Rec. Prison Break is an ol' fave. Faking It is also cool, though MTV have this annoying habit of beeping and pixellating things when they could just be a little more relaxed with the camera.

Music wise, I sway towards rock. Punk etc. A lot of bands on a Warped Tour line-up will suit me fine because I love live music! Take me to a live gig, I'm pretty much yours. Especially if it's Transit, I Am The Avalanche (or a Vinnie solo gig), Tonight Alive or A Loss For Words, because Matty is an adorable person. OH. And State Champs. And The Wonder Years.

My favourite food changes, but can't go wrong with a good Chinese take-away and brownies for dessert. I once shared a pizza pretzel in a mall in Australia and it was the most awesome thing I'd had so far in life. Faidley's crabcakes in Baltimore are also damn good. My best friend does a wicked Hunter's Chicken.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I've known my best friend for 11 years, I've lived with him for the past three. I don't know what I'll do with myself when we split up. I couldn't do without internet. I couldn't do without my headphones. I couldn't do without my rail card, or my passport. I've not travelled in a while, but it's nice to know they're there when I feel like I need to disappear. And I couldn't do without music. I love music.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Generally, how much sleep I've had. The next gig I can feasibly go to. How many calls I've taken of a day at work. What the next pub quiz questions/answers will be. My tolerance level for alcohol. My next tattoo.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Netflix, writing or sleeping. (I drink on a weekday since I work lates and weekends).
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You wanna be my friend, you like Parks and Rec, worship Tatiana Maslany etc.
