My self-summary
Buddy: "But, I really wanted to see you, and I think you're beautiful, and I..., um..., feel really warm when I am around you and..., um-mm..., my tongue swells up. So..., do you want to go eat food?"
Jovi: Do I..., do I want to eat food?"
Buddy: "Uh huh..., ya know, um, the code?" (Exaggerated wink) "Food."

The above is taken from a movie that you may have seen over the holidays. I know the holidays are over, however it just seems appropriate considering where you're reading this. Besides, I find it kind-of funny.

So, I find this to be the hardest part; Not because I can't sing my own praises or tell you about myself, but because regardless of what I type, if we ever meet, you'll form your own opinion based on our time together.

The "profile" is an interesting concept. I think it gives you the feeling that you know who the person you're looking at is, when in fact, there is actually so much to learn you can't fit it in "a profile".

My name is Brian and I consider myself a great, fun loving guy that is not afraid to say, I like hanging out with my family. I'm smart, easy going, consider myself romantic, witty with a healthy dose of sarcasm, when it's called for..., as for the rest..., you'll just have to find out for yourself. Oh yeah, recently, I was described as "a realist with a touch of hopeless romantic".

Point of Clarification:

I don't use my "Favorites" as my "Favorites", per se...

I use my "Favorites" more like "Watch this Item" on EBay. If I find an item on EBay that I'm curious about or interested in, I'll "watch it". However, this doesn't necessarily mean I'm going to bid on it. It means that if, at some point, I want to see if it sold or see how much it sold for; I know where to find it.
What I’m doing with my life
What I'm doing with my life...

I think this question is so ambiguous! I mean, what do you want to "hear"? That I'm a...

Rocket Scientist..., and I'm building a homemade rocket to fly myself to the moon...

No, wait..., I'm always working my ass off so I can travel; that's really the most important thing there is..., well, that, and being able to tell anyone who'll listen about all the places I've been because I'm that cool.

What am I doing with my life? Living it. One day to the next with a few plans thrown in that will hopefully help me to reach my goals, while at the same time, not having to many regrets. Some of those days are GREAT and others, well, not so much, but that's the way life is.

I'm inclined to believe that if you've got your life figured out and know exactly what you're doing and where you're going with allegedly, no regrets, you're not paying attention.
The first things people usually notice about me
My height...
The most common Q I get is: "Do/Did you play basketball?". A: "No, however, had known I could have made 6 figures sitting on the bench, I would have been a lot more interested!".
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
As for books; I have been reading a great series by Vince Flynn. Maybe I'll tell you about them one day.

Movies; To many to try to list.

T.V.; NCIS, Bones, Supermatural, Southland are the ones I try to keep up with as I can.

Music; There is a lot of music I like and some that I don't. It will be easier to show what's on my IPod than to try to tell you.

Food; I'll try almost anything once... However, one thing I will not eat is sour cream. It is sick and wrong.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Whatever is on my mind at that moment...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Some of my answers to OKC's questions are not exactly the answer I would choose. However, instead of writing some lengthy "explanation", I'd rather save that for when and if we meet in person.
I’m looking for
  • Straight girls only
  • Ages 28–36
  • Located anywhere
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
You're tall. I thinking..., 5'8" or taller. I'm 6'7" and attracted to tall women.

You're in my specified age range. I still have the hope that I will be a Dad (to my own child/children) one day. This has to do more with Mother Nature's rules than my own...

You understand that correspondence (email/letter or whatever) includes;
- A introduction/greeting ("Hi Brian" for example)
- A "body" (the blah, blah, blah part)
- A salutation/closing to include your name!
If this is too much of a bother to you, why should I bother to respond?

Apparently, many of you think I'm joking..., so I'll be more clear. If you choose to ignore what I've stated above, I will ignore you.

I'm at a point where I'm really not sure I trust the percentages OKC throws up, but I don't have any evidence to not trust them. So, I have a question for you;

The question is; What percentages (Match, Friend, Enemy) are important to you when looking for a "match"? Is it the "Match" percentage or the "Friend" percentage? Ideally, I want both numbers to be high but, what if I get a great friend number and an average match number... Doesn't it come down to finding your best friend in the end? What if the numbers are the other way around; will the great match number create a great friendship? What if the match and the friend numbers are great but the enemy number is "high". The relationship could be awesome but if it doesn't last will the term "fight like cats and dogs" take on a whole new meaning?!?

And, how accurate do you think the percentages really are?

My disclaimer; I reserve the right to modify and/or change what is stated above as needed OR for the right woman.
