Also, thanks to everyone who's been reading my journal entries and commenting - I always enjoy reading those comments. Sometimes I have a suck-tastic day and I read those and they cheer me up.
I am going to start a new online journal format on another blog site to continue writing posts like these, mainly since my boyfriend has rightly pointed out that this is still "a dating website" and there are surely better places online to post bloggy type things. So I am moving my writing to a new home where people will hopefully read them for the sake of the writing itself and not just so bored twenty-something guys can read my journal posts (if they are even smart enough to find them) and write e-mails to me they imagine are clever to get a personalized rise out of me. This has happened and it is semi-tragic. I will update this profile with the new address for my journal entries for those of you who have been following my work.
New blog site address: www.alexandrapage.wordpress.com
For those of you who have really been enjoying my journal posts, and who are also unabashedly and unashamedly obsessed with pirate romances (like me), I also publish short stories based on the story Peter Pan (under books, not movies) on fanfiction.net under the pen name Alexandra Page. Hope you find me there, too. -end-
The equinox has long-since passed and I am enjoying autumn as much as I do every year. Fall is for learning and lovers and lucidity.
There are so many good movies coming out in the next couple of weeks! There's nothing on a dark, cold autumn day like going into a dark, cold room to watch a movie with a warm, cuddly someone.
My friends are lovely but none of them are that unique combination of male, straight and single that I crave. I am interested in non-exclusive dating, but, as I have written before, I have so little control over what instantly endears me to one person or another and so while exclusive dating is not something I am particularly looking for at the moment, I am also not against it. I am pro-relationship. If you're the right guy. And only you will know, upon meeting me, if you are. You'll know before I know, I'm sure. Hopefully I'll agree with you, if that happens.
These are things I like to do, that you might like to do with me if you like my profile, feel so inclined to write to and think you might like to get to know me better:
-going to movies (most kinds- not gore)
-nice dinners (Indian, Italian, Chinese, PA Dutch, etc.)
-go-cart racing (only if I win - no, not really (yes, really))
-exploring cemetaries in the evening (muah-ah-ah-ahhh)
-going to anthropological museums/sites
-going on nature walks (relaxing ones, low key ones)
-hacking around in good used and new bookstores
- meditating together with different crystals/types of massage and chakra work at my apartment (warning- this can get sexy)
-exploring new areas I've never been
-thwarting supervillains and ex-lovers who have taken articles of clothing, electronics or pets hostage (breakup repo team)
- going to the beach and wandering around tacky tourist shops
- going to places with roller coasters and free fall rides
- plays, live music performances, guided tours, costumed tours etc
- checking out the "historic" districts of any given town
