My self-summary
Ich koche gern indianische Speise, jonglere gern und schlafe gern. Ich bin intelligent und schuechtern. Ich mag die Karten und im Welt reisen.

I enjoy a lot of things. I cook Indian food when I can. I enjoy juggling. I'm fun, intelligent (college educated!), and sometimes shy around new folks. I follow a form of Buddhism that is kinda westernized, when I do make time for it. I'm a sucker for classic cars (I grew up driving a 72 Buick LeSabre, 350, 4 barrel, 3 speed automatic, and if I ever win the lottery and find that car, I'm buying it back and fully restoring it...), cartoons, and getting footrubs. I typically get up early for work but really love sleeping in on my days off. I love maps and travelling the world, and and finished my degree with a semester abroad in Strasbourg, France.

I am flexible, hippyish, and petite

What I’m doing with my life
I finished my geography degree. I studied abroad in the spring of 07, had a sustainable income just long enough to pay off my student loans, got laid off about 2 years ago, and currently work as a barista. I'd like to expand on my crochet skills and maybe make that a job on the side, or even an eventual career.

I’m really good at
I'm good at things that involve my hands - cooking, juggling, crochet, knitting, patching my favorite jeans for the millionth time, and other random creations. I am known to bear hug folks in my sleep and have a cute snore. I learn things easily and I'm also very good at multitasking and learning foreign languages.

I'm also good at breaking things, most noticably my arms.

The first things people usually notice about me
How small I am, yet how long my hair is. I gave nearly 12" to Locks of Love in the summer of 07 after returning to the states, and it's pretty much back to my hips again, even after a hefty trim a few months ago.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
(A) The Autobiography of Malcolm X, Hitchhiker's Guide,
Tired of Being Tired, The Celestine Prophesy, The
Evangeline Manuscript
, The Secret of Shambhala, Brave New
World

(B) The Fisher King, The Jerk, Repo Man, The Doors,
Donnie Darko, Beavis and Butthead Do America, The Botany
of Desire
(I've been quoting that movie a LOT lately for some
reason...). I watch foreign films sometimes and have been going
crazy over documentaries in the recent past.

(C) Too much to list. I like a lot of alternative stuff, some
indie, a lot of jazz, and some techno. I've even gotten
into some rap lately. Some of my favorites are Ben
Folds
,Coldplay, Steely Dan, The Music, Rush,
The Format, Talking Heads, Muse, Semisonic,
Weezer, Outkast, The Flaming Lips, Our Lady Peace,
Al Green, Journey, The Decemberists, David Bowie
(but mostly his later stuff), and Granddaddy. How's that for a
start?

(D) I adore Indian and Mexican cuisines. I've added eggs back into
my diet and occasionally eat fish. I can't wait to get super fresh
salmon on the west coast... then maybe slather it with BBQ sauce
before grilling!

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Someone giving me footrubs. Or shoulder rubs. And sex. Stupid boys sometimes. Maps. Travel logistics. Getting rid of some of my crap. Getting out of Atlanta. New cuisines and how to work my vegetarianism into it... Seeing the world someday. Meeting more dorgers.

On a typical Friday night I am
either in and cooking amazing food or out and spending time with friends. Nothing's really 'typical' for a Friday night.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've never been truly camping. I've slept in an RV and I've slept in a barn, but never in a tent.
