What I’m doing with my life
Right now it feels like that I am going with the flow. I love to
read and write.
My church activities include: regular attendance, singing in the sanctuary choir, church singles group, visit elderly church members at retirement homes and church members at hospitals. Prepering a twelve week Sunday school lesson series. Volunteer at the local Rescue Mission.
Playing tennis, with the goal to play in local tournaments.
In November I am going to participate in the National Novel Writing Month. For the month of November you write a novel, just write non-stop. In December you edit your novel. Professional and amateur writers are encouraged to join in on the fun. I'm looking forward to this activity.

That I am a personable person. I can converse with anyone. Also,
that I am just a regular guy. Average, normal.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I read
the Bible daily, I average close to reading twenty books a
year. I read mostly non-fiction,
religious commentary. I belong to a monthly library book
club, which consist of books that I normally wouldn't read.
Through the book-club, the reads are from memoirs to fiction. Lot's
of "chick" books. Presently reading, "Surprise by Joy, The Shape Of
My Early Life" by C.S. Lewis. This book is the September's library
bookclub read.
I like to watch action-adventure, suspense, mystery, some comedies, some westerns and some romance movies.
The music I like the most is classic rock. Late sixties to late seventies. I like most all music though, except rap.
I like most foods, my favorites are BBQ, Steak, Italian, Chinese, and good old home cooking. I consider myself being a good cook.

I have an active mind so I am constatly thinking about one thing or
another, which in turns to thinking about a hundred things, which
in turns to thinking about a thousand things and on and on.

On a typical Friday night I am
I work a rotate shift, on Friday nights I work third shift, which
is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. I do, sometimes, go out for a little while
before I go to work. One activity that I really enjoy is the local,
"First Friday Art Walk," here in town and I like to end up at "The
Classic Bean" for a bite to eat and listen to the band playing that
night. It's a great time. Then to work.
But, mostly on Fridays, I wake up early afternoon, do some activity around the house, run errands, go grocery shopping, and I usually cook supper.
