Cooking- I have developed a great taste for food and became quite skilled to nourish my appetite. I am certain that I could have even made a career out of it. Also I have a need to because I haven't found too many good restaurants in Syracuse, and I cook better than I can order so haven't been eating out much. Would be fun to check out some restaurants with someone.
Painting- I studied painting and sculpture with Richard Shaw, Craig Nagasawa and Squeek Carnwath at UC Berkeley. My dad is a talented painter as well. I had a studio in SF for a year after college. I continue to paint, mainly in oils. I love texture and color that I apply to develop conceptually complex concepts in striking visual form.
