I am extremely busy with my career and education, but I do like to take time for me. I am a college professor and I also am working on my doctorate full time. If all goes well I will have my doctorate by spring 2010. My doctorate will be a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership. As you can see education and gaining knowledge are integral parts of my life. I want a partner who also believes that knowledge is essential.

I teach business courses including: business law, organizational leadership, principles of management, marketing, introduction to business, macroeconomics, microeconomics, introduction to world trade, real estate courses, and mortgage finance

Right now I have little time for hobbies but I still try to at least take time for vacations. One of my most frequent choices is Vegas. I enjoy tropical locations and cruises as well. I would love to go back to Jamaica. In March, I spent a week in Malaga, Spain. I really would love to do more international travel and want a partner that enjoys travel and adventure. I have been known to Karaoke on occasion (even when sober lol). I like roller coasters, camping and adventure. I just did a 12 mile kayak trip from Hoover Dam through the Black Canyon. The trip was amazing. I own a camper in a campground in Port Clinton.

I am looking for someone who is adventurous, intelligent, witty, sarcastic (sarcasm is a sign of intelligence), educated and who wants is looking for a long term relationship.

My biggest pet peeves include: people that are unwilling to help themselves, liars, drama queens/kings and poor grammar.

My friends are a very important part of my life and I want to find someone who enjoys spending time with them as much as I do. Warning: I have friends that are gay, if this is a problem for you move on. I won't lose my friends for anyone.

What I am looking for in a man can't be summed up here but I can say that intellect is the most important factor on my list. If I can't have a great conversation with someone, why would I want to spend time with them? Education is incredibly important to me. My profile says I want someone with a degree and I really do mean it. If you are not at least currently enrolled in college (and I don't mean your first class ever), I am not interested.

If my friends had to describe me they would tell you my good points are that I am funny, smart, compassionate, intelligent, sarcastic, and silly. They would tell you that my bad points (yep, I have some) are that I am sometimes bossy and stubborn :-P I believe everyone has his or her faults and that there is no perfect person for me. I am looking for someone that makes me want to spend my time with him and to grow with him. If you are looking for FWB or NSA, I am not interested!

I am working towards finishing my doctorate. I have only two more classes to take and am starting the research for my dissertation. I enjoy spending my free time with my friends.

I am the queen of useless knowledge. I retain weird facts and data forever. I am extremely competitive. So even if I am not great at something, I will always give it my all.

Movies: I am really eclectic in my tastes. I love a good horror flick. Kudos to anyone who has seen The Evil Dead. I also like comedies. I am not big on most chick flix. I have never even seen Titanic LOL.

Music: My music is completely varied. I enjoy a little of everything...and yes that does include some country music.

Food: I can't say I have one favorite food. I love to go out to a nice restaurant and sample new cuisine.
