My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am an educator and professional in student affairs in higher education...which is a longer way to say I work with college students. Tea, writing, reading, and enjoying meals/conversations with friends are the places of other meaning in my life.

I am a political junkie and love discussing politics and public policy. I also blog on politics. Calling myself a libertarian, I'm an extreme fiscal/governmental conservative and social progressive.

My mind also tends to make odd and seemingly random connections...orderly people find me annoying as does anyone who finds no humor in the absurdities of life.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm employed full-time in higher education administration
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Discussions and esoteric ramblings with like-minded people.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Size, intensity (if you catch me during a discussion), passion

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Love, family, friends, joy, passion, and tea
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Ok, I have a BA in Philosophy and I'm tempted to answer "I spend a lot of time thinking about thinking."
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Spending time with friends, trying a new restaurant, or relaxing
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
