Now that that's out of the way, a bit more about me: I moved to SF recently for a job that I'm passionate about. Working for a solar company's been pretty challenging, but I love it and feel lucky to be there. I left LA, where I grew up partly and felt comfortable in, but it feels like the right move so far. It doesn't hurt that SF is so fun and beautiful and interesting. I've also lived in a few other places, and that's played a big part in shaping who I am. Lesotho occupies a special place in my heart.
I'm also drawn to different cultures and enjoy hanging out with different groups. I think I'm pretty easy going, though I'm passionate about certain things (like solar) and there are lots I want to do with my life. Now more than ever, I value relationships and experiences over places and things. I don't need reminders to not take myself too seriously. If you could see the trail of blunders and instances of foot-in-mouth, you'd understand.
I'd love to meet someone to share some laughs with. I don't have a type or lots of criteria, but it'd be great if you're genuinely nice, generally positive and someone I can talk to about silly and serious things. If you're in any way concerned about people/society/causes, that would be a plus. Hmm, now it seems I do have a bunch of criteria, but these are just some thoughts really. Ultimately, I'm looking to connect with someone on a deeper level, while being a little silly.
