I am Ridiculous, Bold, and Creative.

My Self-Summary

A midwest transplant and soon to be a Greenpoint resident. NYC has been home for two years now and it's looking to be that way for a while. Technology is my passion but the outdoors has its allure as well. Working for Outdoor magazines has its effect on you after a while and so my life has taken on a refreshing change. Not to mention getting a bunch of camping gear from our gear closet at work.

My heart cries for the road and travel and one cannot ignore that. There is a motorcycle in my future and the open road is calling.

Rawr.

What I’m doing with my life

Marketing web work full time and a bit of blogging for a side project. Lately, getting into some shooting / editing video as well as a little after effects for fun ( or is it to save money on production costs? )

I’m really good at

Cutting through the hordes of infidels with a blade in one hand and a pint in the other. Graphic Design, Movies, Music, Interactive Media, Apple, Concerts, Football, Guitar Hero, Tyler's Mom, Old Samurai Movies, Ireland, Guinness, Web Design, Anything Digital, Working on Gadgets, Drawing, Drinking, Life, Learning New Things, Remembering Useless Information, Motorcycles, Road Trips, etc etc

The first things people usually notice about me

Ginger Beard. It's hard to miss.

Thanks to Last.fm being awesome. Looks like this is gonna be a lot more interesting now :D So yeah, I like metal, 8-bit stuff, classics, eletronica, etc etc I'm also going to 2 shows or so a month for the next 6 months. Needless to say, I will most likely be deaf in a year or so. Rawr.

[ bonus points if you know what song i am referencing ]

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Very unimportant things. Internet Neutrality, Politics, Space Exploration, Movies, Whether I can become the Joker, CSS3, Objective C, HTML 5, How to sabotage Paris Hilton, World Domination Plans, LOLcats, Odin, yanno, typical things.

"A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools." - Douglas Adams

On a typical Friday night I am

Fridays are for getting home at 7-8 and fall over convulsing in my apartment. If a man falls in an apartment and no one is there, does he make a noise? Or just break the coffee table?

Fridays are typically laid back but that doesn't mean I don't get bribed to leave. A lot.

You should message me if

If you know the difference between 'Your' and 'You're' and 'There, Their, and They're.' Otherwise I'm pretty open to messages. I'm a social creature after all.
