What I’m doing with my life

I'm trying to be a lazy polymath. I work in high energy astrophysics to pay the bills. I travel quite a bit to Europe. I'm saving for retirement. I'm fixing up my row house. I do community theater. I'm restoring a vintage car. I read a lot, follow political blogs, go to the gym a few times a week, tend my lil' herb garden and drink good beer. I've dabbled in playing soccer when I can, like occasional forays into the woods, and am generally 'up for it' as the British say.

I’m really good at

Fixing things. Diplomacy.

The first things people usually notice about me

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Many things make my mind go a mile a minute.

On a typical Friday night I am

I work from home, and I usually stay 'local' in my urban 'hood. I'll go out for dinner which could be fancy or crab cakes at a lively market. I'll end up in a quiet pub with friends and chit chat. When I've been in past relationships it was the same except it was often 'movie night'.
