Many a thing. Saturday morning runs with FrontRunners. Dinner with friends. Listening to my music collection. Going snowboarding or kiteboarding. Staying in touch with my friends. Digital photography. Scrapbooks. Inviting all my friends over for a great Sunday Brunch at my place. Can I count you in?
Enjoying my job. After more than a decade with big companies, I decided to become an independent computer consultant - and immediately got hooked by the joys of self-employment.
Musical tastes vary over time, and the collection grows. A few years back, I added all my LPs and tapes and all my CDs to my iTunes library which now encompasses an eclectic variety of sounds: From classical (chamber music, opera, choral music) to Jazz, Musical, to Pop and Rock (with excellent coverage of the 1980s). I LOVE Genius playlists!
Having lived in Italy, I was very fond of all Italian food items - but the mediocre quality of nearly all Italian restaurants (I have tried) in this country made this preference fade. A country this big without a single decent pizza? Unfortunately it seems to be true - and my friends are calling me a pizza snob for a reason. Remember: Neither Buca di Beppo nor Olive Garden serve Italian food.
Apart from pizza-snobbism, I like to try new things. Most important criteria for good food: It has to be fresh and authentic (and 'authentic' includes 'authentically invented here'. It should not be what has happened to the Chinese cuisine in this country: "because the people like it that way", everything (!) gets thrown into the deep-frier. And then decorated with a fortune cookie.
There is no place for a California roll in a real sushi restaurant, and chain restaurants typically are only an emergency solution.

I hope you don't fit into a standard mold, I hope you don't consider yourself as "average". It's your smile that will get my attention, even more than your eyes. You don't consider yourself as perfect, you don't strive for being perfect, but accept that everybody has and always will have flaws. Be compassionate, but don't show too much pity when things aren't going the way they were envisioned: Eventually everything is going to sort itself out. You are someone I can look up to, who respects me and whom I can respect. You are a great talker who can hold good conversations, both about the great Nothings of this world and those things that make the world go round. Just like me, you're passionate about what you're doing, but don't like to brag about it. You know the difference between "your" and "you're" or "there" and "their", and you have dreams. You like some dreams just being dreams, even if you have the checkbook to make them come true - since a life without dreams is like a life without tomorrow. A healthy dose of realism can't hurt, either.
Does this describe you? Yes? Then I can't wait to hear from you!
