My self-summary
uhh. i'm working. i'm hanging out with friends. i'm reading/watching stuff? that might be about it.

oh, and quoting bob's burgers. (tina is my spirit animal.)
What I’m doing with my life
telling people that i celebrated "real" thanksgiving last month. (sometimes i really go with the fake canadian thing.) i work at an advertising agency. sometimes it's easy as shit. sometimes i work 60+ hour weeks. so yeah. there's that.
I’m really good at
• catching the grammatical errors others make (it pays the bills. also, i've been doing this professionally for 15 years; i WILL be judging you on your grammatical/spelling/punctuation errors. just getting that out of the way.)
• knowing when an HTML entity is being used and when it is not (again, judging.)
• sleeping in (it's what weekends are for.)
• quoting something from a show no one around me has seen (you don't get that i just quoted something from 3rd season 30 rock? that's probably fine.)
• sounding Canadian (apparently, when you watch enough Canadian TV shows, you pick up the accent. that's my excuse.)
• wearing cardigans (but i still want more.)
• making grilled cheese (provolone, chedder, and cream cheeses)
• making things awkward
• making lists (followed by parenthetical clauses)
The first things people usually notice about me
if out in public: probably the cig in my hand.

if at work: my scowl? or more than likely me yelling at my computer screen in a whisper. i do that a lot. how does that project manager not know she did something wrong? i will quietly yell at my monitor expecting no response.
